Aurae Club is a membership platform for business owners in India. Membership benefits are delivered through a combination of platform technology and our curated network. Terms, availability, and outcomes for any benefit vary by member and are not guaranteed. Every business is different. We encourage members to apply their own judgment and consult trusted advisors on decisions that matter most to them.
Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance. Applicable taxes are payable in addition to the subscription fee. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice to hello@auraeclub.in. No refund is payable for the current billing period upon cancellation.
Aurae Club's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the member in the three months preceding the relevant event. Aurae Club is not liable for the acts or omissions of any third party connected through the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
