When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your name, city, sector, and contact details. When you become a member, we collect your business information including GSTIN, PAN, bank account details, and business registration details necessary to deliver platform benefits.
We use your information to onboard you to the Aurae Club platform, facilitate access to member benefits, and send you platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We share your data with our regulated service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the specific benefit you have requested. All service providers are contractually bound to DPDPA 2023 data handling standards and may not use your data for any other purpose.
Anonymised and aggregated data from our member network may be used to improve platform services and generate general commercial insights. No individual member or customer is identifiable in any such output.
As an Aurae Club member your data rights are governed collectively through our institutional data governance framework, which serves as the Data Trustee for all member data under DPDPA 2023. This means your data rights are protected collectively — not just individually.
